Positive Steps is a private care company that provides care placements for children and supported living for adult service users with learning difficulties and complex needs. We currently operate five facilities in the Peterborough area. These cater to the physical, mental, emotional and educational requirements and welfare of our service users, who may come to us with a diverse array of physical, developmental and sensory needs.
We have two sections within the company:

Firstly, our children's service, which is OFSTED Registered and provides residential placements for children up to the age of 18.

Secondly, our adult provision, which is Care Quality Commission Registered and provides adult supported living environments and aims to empower service users towards independence and personal growth and achievement.

Both CQC and Ofsted have rated our residential care and supported living services as GOOD in their most recent inspections. These ratings demonstrate our commitment to providing high levels of care that are responsive, safe and well-led.
We take all feedback and constructive criticism on board and act accordingly and proactively to improve the standard of the service we provide. What is most important to us is that our service users are effectively safeguarded, nurtured and provided with the equal opportunities for development and independent living to which they are entitled.
