Kim brings 18 years of experience in the care sector, with 12 years dedicated to management in children's residential homes. She joined Positive Steps Specialist Care Services Ltd in October 2019.

 

Throughout her career, Kim has received extensive training in areas such as Child Protection, Safeguarding Children, First Aid, Self-Harm, Equality & Diversity, Medication Administration, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Prevent. She holds several qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People, NVQ Level 4 in Care and Management, and NVQ Level 2 in Leadership and Management for Care Services. In October 2020, she successfully completed her NVQ Level 7 in Leadership and Management.

 

Recently, Kim voluntarily transitioned from her role as Registered Manager to become the Quality Assurance Manager at Positive Steps Specialist Care Services, where she continues to enhance the quality of care provided.
