Munya joined Positive Steps Specialist Care Services in October 2025.

 

He is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over two decades of experience across health and social care settings, including adult, children, and young people’s services. He has have progressed from frontline support roles to senior leadership, most recently as a Registered Manager, achieving two Outstanding Ofsted ratings. He is committed to delivering safe, culturally competent, and person-centred care while promoting safeguarding, dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for those he supports.

 

He brings strong leadership, compliance, and operational management skills, with extensive experience in staff development, regulatory inspections (Ofsted and CQC), safeguarding, and quality assurance. He is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a calm and approachable manner.
