Ella Maxwell is a qualified Social Worker with fourteen years of experience in social care. Her professional background is primarily in safeguarding and child protection, alongside extensive experience working with looked-after children, adoption, assessment teams, fostering, and within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.

 

She is currently employed at Positive Steps as the Operations and Development Manager, where she also has responsibility for managing the organisation’s training provision.
