Emma is an experienced care professional supporting young people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs. Over the past six years, she has progressed from Care Worker Level 2 to Team Manager, developing strong leadership and hands-on care skills.

 

As a Team Manager, Emma leads staff teams, liaises with families and multi-agency professionals, and ensures high standards of care. She is trained in employee relations, medication administration, emergency first aid, epilepsy awareness, buccal midazolam, and defibrillation.

 

Emma also brings nine years of managerial experience from the hospitality sector and has worked as a mentor and trainer in a manufacturing environment. She is keen to continue her professional development and aims to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management within care.
